今日はパンを。
フォカッチャみたいな感じなようだ。
でもパンを作るのは相当難しいなぁ。
温度がどうのとか湿度がどうのとか分量がとか。。。
でも自分で作るってのが一番おいしいよなぁ。
と、あまりのトマトでスープ。

and Dinner was totally fish.
I was asked "what do you want to eat..."
I said "maybe fish is not too bad....if you guys don't mind"
but I meant not Fish fish fish.... I meant like... pasta with some fish kind of things...
Never expected this kind of place...
I was like "why not!"
"Today is fish day...so totally fish!!!"
It was really fresh and good...
afterwards nothing was wrong with my stomach...
Thank God.
Always espresso....Espresso everywhere...
Everyday, every 2 hours....
I still like it but...needs come changes sometime...
then I have got Chemex Handblow coffee maker and Tsukiusagi-jirushi slimpot...
and I have got Spong Coffee Mill (Made in England) from my Dad...
He had been using this coffee mill for ages...When I was born it was already there....
It's like more than 30 years ago...the Red handle is still made of wood...quite lovely....
with all those, cinnamon coffee wasn't that bad...

まぁいいや、今夜はパンチェッタ(ベーコン)入りグージェール?(パンみたいなもの)と
オニオンスープのストラッキーノ(チーズ)のせ。。。
ただのスープとパンと言えばただのスープとパン。
軽そうに見えて、結構重め。。。
でもうまし。
このパン風なものは実は簡単。
今後もチーズを入れたりいろいろ入れたりして活躍しそう。

その後は地鶏屋にてまた日本飯。
8年ぶりの日本での年末年始。
日本をでてから年末年始1回も帰った事なかったなぁ。
なぜか微妙に忙しくて。
あれよあれよと日本飯を食いまくりで。。。
で、お雑煮。
元旦、正月。という感じでな。
久々です。
特に何をするわけでもなく正月。
