2nd day in Lago di Garda.
Breakfast was Lemon and suger Crepe.
the other side of lake, there is a small town called "Limone" where Lemon is coming from...
and I though this lemon of crepe is surely coming from Limone.
but.... sad enough. lenom is not from Limone any more.
anyway after the breakfast, walking around the town. visiting the Castle.
just under the Castle, there was a bench.... sitting on the bench...
someone was playing piano somewhere in the Castle...
feels good.
then ready to leave to "Limone"
a tree from Lemon Museum.
and at the pasticceria, I ordered spremuta di Limone...
just squeezed lemon juice.... mamma mia super sour...
in the end tons of sugar in my glass...
a bit relax on the beach...
taking boat back to the other side of lake....heading to Bassano del Grappa.
it was sour but sweet lovely weekend.
The plan to Lake this weekend.
early in the morning, baking some chocolate chips scones for car trip.
just a couple hours drive from my village...
the weather wasn't perfect but in the end there was the sun...
surprisingly the water was really clean and kind of warm...
I thought it's completely frozen... but it was right temperature for this weekend.
well...so many places are kind of full of tourists...
so tried to go to more quite place... Cassone was perfect.
Storm in the night.... totally soaking wet while finding place to stay....
since I live in countryside, not many people visit...
but at last I got a few guests.
it was a bit mess... disorganized... well... just unexpected things happened.
anyway it was lovely time...
After all the things... we were heading to silent and quiet Beach
there were just a few grand ma and grand pa and a few families...
only a few people in the sea...
water was kind of warm... The sun was not too strong.
I loved it.
so-called "Tranquillo"
ITS♯SEVEN is here in Trieste again.
I am near local going everywhere in town... Joke.
I got typical things from Trieste.
"Vino Fragorino Bianco"
in the end it was quite hard to find it....
it is quite sweet fizzy white wine... normally they don't sell...

once I made Birthday presents to a few of my friends...
The present called... "Please No More Happy Birthday"
Birthday is coming every year... whatever happens, it comes...
Birthday never forgets the Birthday.
and it makes people move...
organising dinner... making present... so on so on so on...
by the way, with my lovely kitchen, now I can make whatever I want to make!
but I never tried baking a cake... in fact it was quite great.

Someone left "CIbo di Urbino"
so I ate it away!
well actually It looks quite normal... but,
apparently this is something that you can eat only in Urbino.

I had the left over white wine...then I saw the Mussel...
that was just 2 eueo...
I have put the mussels in t he pot and steam with white wine....
hmmm Last time I cooked was in Amsterdam.... long time ago.

It seems to be so many people have birthday around those days...
I was making small gift as usual...
strange that I was making under the sun...
It should have been raining...
On friday after work...I went to Wine bar around the corner.
then, it started to rain... pouring a lot...
then in the end tons of Hail were falling down from the sky...
It was even much much much bigger than egg...
like baseball....
by the way, the one white thing next to wine glass is the hail.
not the ice from fridge, but ice from sky...
I bought new Moca...
well...the one I was using was for 8 people... Too big...
and I was wasting a lot of coffee...
Now it's perfect... This moca is supposed to be for only one...
but also for Two... is fine.
Oh My God...
again, it's about food...
How is it possible to update only food....
but life in a little village, I have nothing to update....
or maybe I just don't bring the camera with me....
Mine is anyway quite big....It s lovely but not handy...
anyway, I tend to cook something warm... always hot plate...
the other day I was cooking "Gratin" on the hottest day of the week...
Of course I was kind of complained...
e allora.... so Tonight dinner for summer....
Tacos Rice from Okinawa...
It was quite good.
and Cream caramel.
last time I made cream caramel was surely in London..
for Picnic with everyone in Hampstead Heath....
A long time go.... It was really fun although....
Today was the day of football....
we did't play for so long...
I was in Puglia, and so on so on so on....
and almost a month or even more....
and on the way back home, I bough a bit of Paella.
eh... quite Good.
今日は久々に一人で夕飯。
最近はお客さんがチョコチョコ来たりと一人で夕飯することもなく、
人前で写真ボコボコ撮るのもエレガントじゃないし。。。
ということで ”一人でいる時” = ”料理”
はぁ。。。また料理blogに。
今日は函館のcafeサンフランシスコベイビーの
定番メニュー”シスコライス”をコピッタもの。
と麦茶。
でもちょっと改良して一番したはガーリックバターライス。
そして特製ミートソースにソーセージにパセリ。
※ちなみに函館のそのcafeには行ったことがありません。
