久しぶりに食。
朝はいつもモカ（俗にいうエスプレッソメーカー）で作るコーヒーに
近所のパン屋でブリオッシュ。
フィルターコーヒーは週末くらいしか作らないからなぁ。
でもまぁ夏にはアイスコーヒーもできるから、出番がくるね。

そんな具合で久しぶりに食い物系をアップ。
吹きガラスのコップのできばえもまぁまぁで。。。
はいBuon apetito...

Happy Birthday this year was quite something...
everything on the same day....
so many guests around...
things to do...
even it's a bit delay, I hope somehow it went well.
Let's count one by one.

Club Sandwiches in Treviso

Trevisoにあるさびれたcafe-Bar。
なにげに侮れない。。。ここのclub sandwichesがすごい。
まぁデカイのはもちろんだが、トマトやモッツァレッラなどやらが
いちいちおいしい。いつも友達をTrevisoの空港に送らなきゃ行けない時は
ひとまずココに寄ってみる。
いつも食べきれなくて死にそうにあるけど、やめられない。

Again Burrata

とうとうこの日が。。。
BurrataをまたあのmilanoのTrattoriaにて。。。
今回のmilano出張はいきなりで、夕飯の約束もいきなり。
まぁこの国はいつもいきなりではあるけど
いきなりの勢いが今回はあったなぁ。

たまっていたものを一気に出した感がある今回の
いきなりのmilano出張。と言いつつ仕事はそっちのけのdinnerでした。

Madeleine in Italy

はぁ、今日も朝から焦がしバターを作ってとかなり日曜日ぶり発揮。
マドレーヌを再び作ってみたのだが。。。どぅだろうか。
簡単そうだが、簡単。難しそうだが、難しい。
むむむ、お菓子はどの辺りが完璧かを探すのが
相当難しいなぁと思ってみたり。

近所のVenuciaにもお裾分け。
もりもりをたちまち食べてくれたので
まずくはないという事でしょう。。。

午後は骨董市へ。。。
コップ、古めなドクターバッグ、大量の布を購入。

Strawberry Compote

Saturday morning.... somehow I woke up quite early.
Shopping in neighbour... and then Breakfast.
Weather is getting warmer and warmer everyday.
Early morning and evening are still quite cold but during the day,
when the sun is there, it is really lovely....
under the shadow is still chilly...

but with lovely Breakfast like this makes my day.

Octopus in Bowl

タコと大根の煮物の丼もの。
弱火でじっくり煮てみると柔らかくなるのね。

と何事も急がずゆっくりそのものを見つめながら作る、造る、創ると
いいものができるのね。
焦らず、なにげにのんびりしながら、でも実はじっと待ってみる。
本題は、自分のペースが乱されないようなポジショニングを
とる事。ポジショニングを間違えるとじっと待てるものも
待てないからね。。。何をするにも。

Pane Fatto in Casa

今日はパンを。
フォカッチャみたいな感じなようだ。
でもパンを作るのは相当難しいなぁ。
温度がどうのとか湿度がどうのとか分量がとか。。。

でも自分で作るってのが一番おいしいよなぁ。
と、あまりのトマトでスープ。

Raw Fish

Something to do in Milano.
and Dinner was totally fish.
I was asked "what do you want to eat..."
I said "maybe fish is not too bad....if you guys don't mind"
but I meant not Fish fish fish.... I meant like... pasta with some fish kind of things...

Never expected this kind of place...
I was like "why not!"
"Today is fish day...so totally fish!!!"

It was really fresh and good...

afterwards nothing was wrong with my stomach...
Thank God.

Nice Ones

いやはやもはやただの暇人料理ブログに。。。
まぁいいや、今夜はパンチェッタ（ベーコン）入りグージェール？（パンみたいなもの）と
オニオンスープのストラッキーノ（チーズ）のせ。。。

ただのスープとパンと言えばただのスープとパン。
軽そうに見えて、結構重め。。。
でもうまし。

このパン風なものは実は簡単。
今後もチーズを入れたりいろいろ入れたりして活躍しそう。

First Day in Town

今日はStory of Drawerへ。。。
相変わらずかわいらしい世界のどこにもないお店。
”世界で一番小さな一番素敵なお店”

その後は地鶏屋にてまた日本飯。

New Year New What?

８年ぶりの日本での年末年始。
日本をでてから年末年始１回も帰った事なかったなぁ。
なぜか微妙に忙しくて。
あれよあれよと日本飯を食いまくりで。。。
で、お雑煮。
元旦、正月。という感じでな。
久々です。
特に何をするわけでもなく正月。
悪くない。

Soba Across The Year

という事で今年はいろいろありましたが、大晦日は年越しそば。
ウチでは最近オトンとオカンがそばに夢中。
（最近といってもかなりたちますが。。。）
コンビプレーはなかなかのもの！
まな板や木の箱等もわざわざ作ったりしたみたいです。
親戚もちょこちょこ集まり温かいそばを食べたり
冷たいそばを食べたり。。。
年越しそばは温かいそばという感じですが、
手打ちのできたてのそばはやはり冷たいのが一番。
無事年を越せます様に。。。

Christmas Dinner

well...i didn't update for ages....
mamma mia I was just Lazy I have to say...

here you go, Roast chicken and butter garlic rice stuffing....
It was a bit oily but taste super good...
Actually we couldn't eat it away.... petty enough that I could have made chicken suop
out of this massive chicken....

anyway there were full of dishes... Starter, First and Second...
and wines and also cakes....

Christmas means "eating" I guess

”冷蔵庫にあるもので”という簡単なテーマ。
鶏肉をトマトと煮込み上にパン粉とパルメザンチーズを混ぜたものを
のせてオーブンでこんがりするまで焼いてみる。
隣にはポテトを。。。
”冬は鍋”とはよく言うけど
僕流には”冬はオーブン”。

考えてみたら夏にもよくオーブン料理して反感食らってたっけな。。。
とにかくオーブン料理はいいね。
はぁ。。。いつも料理ものかぁ。。。

Italian in London?

I just wanted to go to Lucky Seven to get lovely burger and milk shake...
obviously Lucky Seven is full of people on Saturday afternoon...
then just popped into the pub next to it....looked really good.and actually it was great food.
I ate octopus ragu and lobster pasta...

the chef was Italian....

well I haven't been to London for a while.... probably more than a year.
I was with my colleagues all day long so i wasn't free than much....
I couldn't go to a few places that I wanted to go..but...alright.
Fish and Chips and Saveloy....
hmmm..... king of Junk food.

oh oh I wanna go back for a few days again... but not for work.

Lunch in Toscana.

イタリア、トスカーナと言えば。。。飯。
この旅は食べまくったなぁ。木曜の夜もなかば強制的に
フィオレンティーナ（ステーキ）をレストランのオヤジに頼まされ
死にそうになりながら食べきった。。。

そして今日金曜日の昼もまたもやフィオレンティーナ。
あわわ、厚さ６cmはあるステーキ、中はもちろん赤身。。。
コレこそフィオレンティーナ。それに白トリュフのスライスをのせて。。
"Buonissimo"

一番上の写真はスターターのチーズフォンドゥ（トリュフのせ）
その後２番目の写真のスターター、さらにパスタ、そしてこのステーキ。
おなかはパンパンだったけどやっぱりデザートは別腹？
パンナコッタをしっかり完食。
（この後の工場見学のことをしっかり考えて食べるんだった。。。）

Recovered

after Food Poisoning....
fish from another place... much much much better...
well... with this dish, it feels like winter is right there.

噂のかき揚げ丼。
ホタテとエビのかき揚げ丼。
はぁ。誰もこのおいしそうなdinnerの後に食中毒でやられちゃうなんて
思わないよね。。。
１週間は死んでいました。
痩せたし。
まぁいいダイエットになったかな。

Chicken Sticks

またまた”飯”に。
今日は焼き鳥。グリルもないしオーブントースターもない。
結局普通のオーブンで。。。
その翌日、かなりスタイリッシュなオーブントースターを
チャリティーショップにて発見。しかも新品。
買おうと思ったけど、やめた。
焼き鳥のためだけに！？
いや、ちょっと待て、焼きおにぎりもできるし、ガーリックトーストも
できるし結構いろいろ使えそう。。。でも荷物が増えるし。。。
あぁでも買っとけば良かった。

Souvenir from Paris.

I got some souvenir from Paris.
Massive Ventaglio...
actually Ventaglio is Italian name and I don't even know
English name or French name...
The Pastecceria close to my place has super yummy ventaglio...
This is the best is the world. (of course I haven't tried somewhere else...)

This one from Paris is also nice but I guess it's too big to eat it...
it's like main dish of dinner... like massive beef stake.

anyway I have update another Souvenir from Paris too.

Rainy weekend

Simple Dinner

Someone left me a Paprika.
quite nice shape to stuff something in it...
fried onion and minced meat...and some kind of spices...
put in the paprika then in the oven till it gets lovely....

Hmmm Simple and good.

Loco Moco

今日はロコモコ。
なぜかクロアチアで大きめの器（地元のダイナーでロコモコ用に使われている）
を見てから、なぜかずっと作りたかった。。。
ここはまだ夏だしロコモコまだ大丈夫でしょう。
いつものジントニックと一緒に。

Trattoria di Ciccio

Thursday evening... pretty everyone is gone on holiday...
I am still here in country, and a few colleagues are here.
It's been funny that this week, I am never be hungry...
I always want to cook something at home and I bought a lot of fish yesterday.
but I didn't feel like eating something...maybe I ate tons of Gelato?

anyway I've been to Trattoria di Ciccio... Ciccio wasn't there.
I ordered a bit of pasta and we shared the meat...
well actually hmmmm buonissimo.

I would love to come here when I am really hungry...

cotoletta giapponese

今日はなぜか久しぶりにカツカレー。
cotoletta milaneseに対抗してcotoletta giapponeseと称してカツカレー。
今日は結構蒸し暑い。
でもこんな日にはやっぱりカレー。
Bombay Sapphaireでさっぱりジントニック。
たらふく食べたなぁ。
確かこの後もGelato食べたような気がするなぁ。
ま、これこそ幸せな日々ですな。

First Birthday Cake

Happy Birthday everywhere....
once I made Birthday presents to a few of my friends...
The present called... "Please No More Happy Birthday"
Birthday is coming every year... whatever happens, it comes...
Birthday never forgets the Birthday.

and it makes people move...
organising dinner... making present... so on so on so on...

by the way, with my lovely kitchen, now I can make whatever I want to make!
but I never tried baking a cake... in fact it was quite great.

Sunday afternoon.
Someone left "CIbo di Urbino"
so I ate it away!

well actually It looks quite normal... but,
apparently this is something that you can eat only in Urbino.

I had the left over white wine...then I saw the Mussel...
that was just 2 eueo...
I have put the mussels in t he pot and steam with white wine....

hmmm Last time I cooked was in Amsterdam.... long time ago.

Dinner till Dolce

Oh My God...
again, it's about food...
How is it possible to update only food....
but life in a little village, I have nothing to update....
or maybe I just don't bring the camera with me....
Mine is anyway quite big....It s lovely but not handy...

anyway, I tend to cook something warm... always hot plate...
the other day I was cooking "Gratin" on the hottest day of the week...
Of course I was kind of complained...

It was quite good.

last time I made cream caramel was surely in London..
for Picnic with everyone in Hampstead Heath....
A long time go.... It was really fun although....

Today was the day of football....
we did't play for so long...
I was in Puglia, and so on so on so on....
and almost a month or even more....

and on the way back home, I bough a bit of Paella.
eh... quite Good.

Sun Francisco Rice

今日は久々に一人で夕飯。
最近はお客さんがチョコチョコ来たりと一人で夕飯することもなく、
人前で写真ボコボコ撮るのもエレガントじゃないし。。。
ということで　”一人でいる時”　=　”料理”
はぁ。。。また料理blogに。

今日は函館のcafeサンフランシスコベイビーの
定番メニュー”シスコライス”をコピッタもの。
と麦茶。
でもちょっと改良して一番したはガーリックバターライス。
そして特製ミートソースにソーセージにパセリ。

※ちなみに函館のそのcafeには行ったことがありません。

で、グラタンに入れなかったエビたち。
エビチャーハンになりました。
週末。
こもり気味に。。。

Gratin

今日は朝からグラタンと決めていた。
エビグラタンにしようとしたのに結局エビのことを
すっかり忘れてしまってた。
ごめんよ。
でもうまし。

Long long long weekend.

well...it was long weekend...
thursday and friday were off...means 4 days off...but...
pitty enough, did't feel like doing something....
what I have done was...stetching up one trousers and cooking some stuff..
reading a book...having nap...pigro days...
"Pigro" means lazy in italian...

Easter Manday.

It was kind of busy today.
finishing stitching two shirts for myself...ha button hole by hand...
cafe with Venu, cleaning house, cooking and we've been to mountain.
well that was Beer Garden...Massive place.
came back right away to have a Dinner with Venu again.

今日はタコ飯。
タコの炊き込みご飯ですね。
1匹タコを買ったので。。。
昨日はタコの唐揚げ丼でした。
タコ料理は写真があまり美しくないので
キッチンで勘弁。

All my friends are out of villege...
so I decided to watch a film

and Homemade PopCorn and coke...

Scone

from on early Saturday Morning, running to Biological supermarket.
buying flour and stuff...actually it is quite difficult to find
right flour in different uses...
cos each country has different flour for different uses...

Well I have't had Oven for so long and now I am super happy
that I can cook something with oven.
First menu is chocolate scone!

as a first try out, it's not too bad I suppose.
and I love the smell of baking this kind of things.

Fry again

今日のメニューは重ねトンカツ。
豚肉の薄切りを何枚も重ねて
ミルフィーユみたいにして衣を付けて揚げる。
今回のパン粉は本物のパン粉。
チーズフォンデュで食べたパンのあまりをつかってみたり。
かなり美味。

Ragu in New Place.

First weekend that i have all the things like Water, Gas and Electrisity...
Settle dowm in my Flat at last.
well I bought flesh Bigoli from neighborhood.
Why not Ragu today!?

a little expire date is quite lovely.
but it expires 2007?

well...I would say Best Ragu in Marostica!
