Scone
from on early Saturday Morning, running to Biological supermarket.
buying flour and stuff...actually it is quite difficult to find
right flour in different uses...
cos each country has different flour for different uses...
Well I have't had Oven for so long and now I am super happy
that I can cook something with oven.
First menu is chocolate scone!
as a first try out, it's not too bad I suppose.
and I love the smell of baking this kind of things.

Fry again
今日のメニューは重ねトンカツ。
豚肉の薄切りを何枚も重ねて
ミルフィーユみたいにして衣を付けて揚げる。
今回のパン粉は本物のパン粉。
チーズフォンデュで食べたパンのあまりをつかってみたり。
かなり美味。

Cheese Fondue
今日はうちでチーズフォンデュ。
なんだかんだ考えてみたけど人生初かも。
チーズフォンデュの鍋の持ち主も６年前に買って
１回も使ってないとか。。。
でもたまにこういうのもいいかも。
ようやく家、素敵になりました。

First weekend that i have all the things like Water, Gas and Electrisity...
Settle dowm in my Flat at last.
well I bought flesh Bigoli from neighborhood.
Why not Ragu today!?
a little expire date is quite lovely.
but it expires 2007?
well...I would say Best Ragu in Marostica!

Spuremuta D'arancia.
there is a market in Piazza on Tuseday.
and one booth is only selling orange...
I bought 5kg for Spuremuta.
The orange is from Sicily.

Quarta cafe from Lecce.
Introducing Lovely cafe from Lecce.
there is a new guy in the Office from Lecce.
He gave me a bag of coffee.
Apparently people from there always bring their own coffee
when they move to somewhere else.
He got tons of this and gave me one...

Ho Torovato La Casa.
I moved to New place in Marostica at last.
(The Photos are the views from my Balcony.)
My lovely new flat is in the Piazza.
Totally Middle ages feeling except inside of flat...pitty enough.
Italian have bad taste to renovate the house...
anyway finally i got Water , Gas and everything...
Normal life started...
What I don't understand is that I know so many people
moved to Marostice past a few years, no one took this flat...
It was available for a few years I guess...
Piazza Marostica.
I would say "Well done" to myself...
Oh my God I had so many problem to take this flat, because
I am not Italian Blah blah blah....
I am so Happy.
well, in the middle of Piazza, there is a big Chessboard.
and onece in two years they have Human Chessgame.
this year 2008 in September they will do this!
I can see fom my Balcony I suppose.

Ragu Bolognese in Bologna.
One day trip to Bologna to eat Ragu Bolognese in Bologna.
We found great place for it.
Beautiful Place.Great Foods.
Vintage wines as you can see.(probably it's too old)
